As part of our Veeva Quality Solution Consulting team, you will play a key role in the sales process: understanding customer needs, crafting compelling solution demonstrations, and showing how Veeva can transform the way they work. What You'll Do As a Solution Consultant, you will bring expertise, curiosity, and creativity to help customers envision their future with Veeva solutions by: Conducting discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements Configuring tailored, value-driven demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications Applying your industry knowledge to communicate the business value of our solutions Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success Delivering value-based demonstrations and responses for RFPs/RFIs Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept to help prospects envision their processes within Veeva. Supporting marketing activities such as webinars, recorded demos, and industry events Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond Requirements You'll thrive in this role if you’re a proactive, thoughtful communicator with a strong understanding of quality processes in the Life Sciences industry 3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or another regulated industry 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in Life Sciences or medical device/diagnostics Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and German Willingness to travel within the EU (as needed) Self-sufficiency with energy, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Understanding of process design and quality operations Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience in pre-sales or another customer-facing role at a software company Experience with SaaS/cloud applications Background in consulting or software implementation Fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, or additional languages Perks & Benefits Fully remote work flexibility, with the option to also work from offices across Europe Health and wellness programs Annual donation budget to support causes you care about Global Employee Assistance Program (confidential counseling, legal & financial support, and more) Pension benefits Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
