The Salesforce Center of Excellence at Capgemini Switzerland is expanding its team to put in place a strong domestic foundation of consultants, architects, developers and business partners that will enable us to scale up our offerings across the Salesforce spectrum as well as our footprint in Switzerland, ultimately bringing the quality and credibility of one of the leading global integrators of Salesforce, to this promising and rapidly growing market.

As part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will take on new solutions on a regular basis and collaborate with the rest of the team to bring value to our customers, leveraging both, a vast repository of Capgemini-Europe accelerated solutions as well as domestically designed and crafted ones.

**What you can expect**

**Your Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Implementing Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, supporting typical Salesforce implementations, configuring solutions and complex data migrations
- Working in global development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore
- Supporting project leadership in estimating work effort, determining required resources, and setting a realistic schedule for development
- Maintaining effective client relations - delivering timely and relevant information based on quickly identified and reported project risks
- Providing mentoring and sharing knowledge of the Salesforce platform with others, especially junior members of the team
**What we expect from you**

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of professional experience in a development role that required working hands-on to build, implement, administer Salesforce Application (experience with the Salesforce platform is considered a plus)
- Experience as an IT consultant or developer in a customer facing role
- Proven hands-on experience configuring the Salesforce Platform
- Salesforce App Builder, Consultant or Developer Certifications
- Ability to understand business & IT department requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Apex, LWC and Lightning Component Development are considered a plus
