**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Experience Management**:

- Lead strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives for user experiences across educational platforms, websites, and external communications.
- Regularly evaluate and optimize interfaces, accessibility, user journeys, and interaction points to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- ** Content and Communication Coordination**:

- Oversee content strategy, development, and deployment, partnering effectively with global marketing teams, regional stakeholders, and external creative agencies.
- ** Data Collection, Analytics, and Insights**:

- Lead the comprehensive data collection and analytics strategy across platforms, websites, and communications
- Synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights, guiding informed decision-making at senior management levels.
- ** Executive Reporting and Communication**:

- Prepare detailed executive-level reports on platform performance, communication effectiveness, and user engagement.
- Clearly articulate insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- ** Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Foster robust relationships and ensure seamless coordination with global marketing teams, regional stakeholders, and external agencies.
- Drive collaborative processes that streamline operations and elevate the global medical education experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related fields. An advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in customer experience management, digital analytics, and communications strategy, preferably within healthcare or medical education sectors.
- Advanced expertise with digital analytics tools and proven ability to derive strategic insights from complex data.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with demonstrated capability in presenting effectively to senior leadership.
- Proven track record managing global projects, external agencies, and regional collaborations to successful outcomes.
- Extensive experience managing LMS systems, webinar platforms, website CX, and digital communications channels.
- Superior organizational, multitasking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
