**Deine Verantwortung
- Weiterentwicklung der Datenqualitätsziele und Identifikation von Lücken und Handlungsfelder in den Erfassungs
- und Verarbeitungsprozessen von Personen
- und Adressdaten bei Helvetia
- Definition und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Optimierung und Steigerung der Datenqualität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Owner und Data Steward
- Mitarbeit und Leitung von übergreifenden Projekten im Zusammenhang mit Kunden
- und Partnerdaten
- Umsetzung von datentechnischen Prozesse im Geschäftsbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmens
- und Datenarchitektur, Produkt
- und Dateneigentümern sowie IT-Lösungsdesign-, Data-Analytics
- und Data-Governance-Teams und Begleitung deren Implementierung in den Systemen
- Pensum 40-60%

**Deine Qualifikation
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni / FH) in Wirtschaft oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung und hast Interesse an Technologie und Datenschutz
- Du hast ein Flair für Daten und bringst erste Kenntnisse in deren fachgerechten Auswertung, Aufbereitung sowie Präsentation mit
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im Bereich Daten
- und/oder Projektmanagement
- Du bist eine kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit - arbeitest gerne selbständig, konzeptionell sowie lösungsorientiert in interdisziplinären Projekten
- Du bist eine methodisch, analytisch denkende, umsetzungsstarke Person mit ausgeprägtem Interesse an komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
- Kenntnisse in Scrum Methodik und JIRA sind von Vorteil
