Strong knowledge of and network within the Northern Europe (DACH, BENELUX and NORDICS) startup ecosystem - Greater than 7 years of experience as a founder, startup executive, investor or business development roles focused on startups - Multiple years of experience as manager with a proven track record of hiring and developing a large team - Experience using Machine Learning - Strong knowledge of AWS products for start ups including S3, EC2, Kubernetes, Snowflake and SageMarker. - Familiarity using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Pytorch - Knowledge of Big Data frameworks - Good understanding of database such as SQL

Would you like to be part of a team focused on helping early and late-stage startups maximize the value of Amazon Web Services by developing and leading a team of startup, venture capital, and technology professionals engaging with the startup community across Northern Europe (DACH, BENELUX and NORDICS) ? Do you have the business savvy, startup DNA, and the technical background necessary to help lead the AWS vision in this market?

You will have the opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology in the startup marketplace. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of business developers, driving AWS adoption and market penetration in startups while building strategic relationships with startup-focused influencers, including venture capital firms, accelerators and incubators, and other aspects of the startup ecosystem.

- Drive adoption and market share across startup organizations in Northern Europe (DACH, BENELUX, NORDICS)
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive startup business development strategy
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to startups, VC firms, and accelerators/incubators
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Help develop long-term strategic relationships with key startup customers
- Expect moderate travel
