Legal Counsel Funds / Cross Border
Aufgaben
Negotiation of key contracts related to the distribution of investment funds with a focus on the Swiss market with international clients / Legal advice and support sales, other stakeholders and clients / Collaboration with senior management, boards and committees / Conducting legal and compliance analysis for various investment vehicles, investment services and asset classes, in particular under FIDLEG, FINIA; CISA, UCITS, AIF, AIFMD and MiFID / Analyze and assess legal and regulatory requirements for the distribution of investment funds under Luxembourg, Irish and Swiss law / Conduct fund registration projects in different countries and jurisdictions / Regulatory exchange and communication with regulators, external law firms and investment fund service providers / Monitor legal and regulatory developments in investment fund sales markets / Responsible for regulatory initiatives to keep systems and tools up to date / Conduct training and responsible for training material.
Qualifikation
Master in Swiss Law / In addition also possible LL.M. or Swiss Attorney at Law / Legal and Compliance experience in the Swiss or international fund industry and cross-border issues for asset management / Investment product knowledge / Experience in dealing with international contracts in German and English / Strong communication skills / Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to work in a solution-oriented way / Fluent in German and English.
