Paralegal Fund Investments

Aufgaben

Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung von Verträgen und Dokumenten sowie deren Bearbeitung / Mitarbeit beim Updaten und Ablegen von verschiedenen Rechtsdokumenten u.a. für UCITS-Fonds, welche die Vorgaben der OGAW-Richtlinie erfüllen, und Alternative Investmentfonds (AIF) / Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Dokumenten für Investoren, Prospekten, Statuten, Service Level Agreements, Memoranden etc. / Unterstützung beim Monitoring von Compliance-Regeln (z.B. VSB, KYC, AML, GDPR, Fraud) und regulatorischer Vorschriften / Controlling der Einhaltung interner Weisungen / Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business und der IT; Schnittstellenarbeit / Koordination von Projekten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern / Anregen von Prozessverbesserungen / Situative ad-hoc Projekte.

Qualifikation

Paralegal (CAS), Bachelor in Wirtschaftsrecht / Berufserfahrung im Asset Management, in einer Fondsleitung, auf einer Bank oder Kanzlei mit Fondsprojekten / Generalistische Kenntnisse von Sorgfaltspflicht
- und Compliance-Regeln / Interesse an Fonds-Produkten und am Investment / Analytischen Persönlichkeit / Schnelle und genaue Arbeitsweise / Fähigkeit, selbständig Prioritäten zu setzen und schnelle Entscheidungen zu treffen / Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit / Kommunikativ, Multitasking, belastbar auch unter Zeitdruck / Effizienter und zielstrebiger Umgang mit hohem Arbeitsvolumen / Interesse an der Schnittstellenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und professioneller Kommunikation / MS-Office-Kenntnisse / Deutsch und Englisch.
