About the job
The Wholesale Distribution Manager is responsible for steering Swarovski’s Global Wholesale Distribution, optimizing the footprint and maximizing the potential to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations of the channel in compliance with the LUX

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute a cohesive global Wholesale Distribution strategy, aligning with brand goals and leveraging past performance- Collaborate with Market Clusters and Central departments for consistent planning and execution. Provide input and feedback for the continuous improvement of processes, frameworks, guidelines and tools- Assess current wholesale distribution, identify opportunities and risks, and provide data-driven reporting, as well as conduct geo-marketing studies to fill white spots in Wholesale business models across markets- Strategically analyze and cluster stores to support commercial decisions, serving as the key contact for Central departments on Swarovski’s Wholesale distribution- Contribute to Controlling and Omnichannel Distribution Strategy for annual global CAPEX investments on Wholesale, ensuring CAPEX allocation covers white spots, supports healthy expansion, and ensures excellence in execution- Coordinate CAPEX shifts among wholesale projects, prioritizing within the established framework- Ensure year-round operational smoothness and data accuracy in Distribution Operations, support the team during peak periods to secure Store Evaluation Process (SEP) approvals, and manage SAP global data cycles with markets for effective data management.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree/ Education- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting- Strong leadership skills with multi-year experience in a Commercial function in an international retail / luxury environment- Strong Business Acumen, being able to use a helicopter view- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills- Experience in Process/Project management and Data based Decision Making- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
