Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical QA Director to join a fantastic pharmaceutical corporation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland. Our client is focused on finding and developing innovative solutions for rare illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will collaborate with the clinical operations team to evolve and uphold audit programs for clinical sites with suitable hazard risk assessment and alleviation.
- You will plan, perform, and document GCP audits of clinical investigators, suppliers, systems as well as crucial documents and reports to enable regulatory inspections.
- Evaluate clinical study reports and check for consistency and suitable practices and standards.
- Recognise and convey GCP quality and compliance risks and execute suitable plans for solving problems and acknowledging hazards.
- Plan and revise GCP SOPs and work instructions, as well as creation and preservation of audit tools.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Comfortable within an interdisciplinary and global setting and capable of communicating efficiently as well as cooperate with others.
- You are comfortable working within a small, fast-paced organisation, that is also challenging and where all those in a leadership role takes on a practical approach to get outcomes.
- Capable of working on various tasks simultaneously and independently handle workload.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a life science discipline.
- At least 5+ years of experience in GCP QA with at least 10 years within a pharmaceutical/biotech organisation, trained and certified as a GCP auditor.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Objective-focused, completer/finisher, recognition of intercultural differences.
- Familiarity with working in a matrix environment with the ability to influence without authority.
