Qualitest isa global leader in providing AI-powered Quality Engineering services. We bring 20+ years of experience and thousands of quality engineers across the globe, who possess deep domain expertise across virtually all industries.

We are now looking for a Country Director in Switzerland, to spearhead our growth in a new country and help bring Qualitest to new heights

**Responsibilities**:
Demonstrable and inspire leadership by promoting the values, the vision, mission and goal of Qualitest Group and in the implementation of the Country Strategy.
Build from scratch a Local Operation for the new branch of Qualitest Group in Switzerland
Lead the delivery of qualitest suite of services while promoting the organization's values and achieving the vision, mission and objectives of, as well as supporting the overall international strategy.
Lead the Organizational Team in making key decisions regarding the implementation of the strategy and overall direction of Qualitest group in Switzerland
Report to Qualitest Managing Director on a regular basis against the organizational strategy, targets, budgets and growth.
Ensure that Qualitest Switzerland operates within the terms and conditions of all legal agreements and policies of the Swiss law.
Ensure a constant growth of Qualitest Switzerland in capacity including the quality of projects, finances, human resource, new project opportunities and in strategic partnerships.
Identify technical capacity gaps, and take action to fill them wherever possible through training or recruitment
Establish, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, stakeholders and public offices.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 10 years of management experience
Experience managing complex operations
Experience working in global organization, coordinating cross-department, cross-coulture and cross-region operations
Experience in fast scaling environemnts, recruitment and advanced staffing

**Understanding of local market**: labour law, processes, policies and accounting
Commercial experience of the local market, including Sales and business development.
Technological Background (Development, QA, Engineering, etc)
