Role description

YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT

To strengthen our organization at the Zurich location, we are looking for an Intern in our Legal department.

You typically assists our lawyers and legal staff with various tasks such as document preparation, draft legal documents and providing administrative support. You will gain practical experience in various areas of law and legal practice in the wealth management of a private bank, while working under the guidance of experienced legal staff.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL DEVELOP
- Preparation of registrations to the commercial register (with all necessary documents)
- Supporting the Legal Department in administrative and material tasks
- Update of contract managing tool
- Preparation of the documents

Experience and skills required

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor of Law (Swiss University)
- Interest in business law and regulatory issues as well as understanding of economic contexts
- Very accurate and well-organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Engaged, flexible and open-minded personality who is able to successfully operate in a dynamic and international environment
- Strong skills in prioritization and organization and interpersonal skills are essential
- Fluent both in German and English. Additional knowledge in French is an asset.
