**Aufgabengebiet**
- Koordination und Durchführung von Operational Excellence Projekten (in Bereichen wie Arbeitssicherheit, Produktion, Supply Chain, Qualität, Engineering, Planung...)
- Weiterentwicklung und Coaching von effektiven Besprechungen auf allen Ebenen
- Mitwirkung bei der Stärkung unserer Operational Excellence Kultur in Visp
- Unterstützung bei Operational Excellence Workshops im Bereich Operations
- Unterstützung von digitalen Initiativen

**Anforderungen**:

- Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau.
- Leidenschaft für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und kulturellen Wandel
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten verbunden mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative und hohe konzeptionelle Denkfähigkeit
- Kooperativer Teamplayer
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Englisch & Deutsch)
