What you will do:

- Proactively manage the performance of raw material suppliers (Direct Category) to ensure the Material Requirement Plan can be realized.
- Driving SRM activities with key suppliers in collaboration with Global teams and site stakeholders.
- Maintain relevant Procurement Master Data in SAP for reliable MRP calculation and effective PO creation.
- Manage and resolve Q Claims and Vendor Returns (RMA, Cost Recovery, Replacements).
- Handle all Level 2 vendor blocking issues.
- Lead supplier negotiations for low-value contracts with suppliers.
- Support the category manager and strategic buyers to implement their supply strategies.
- Cooperate closely with Supply Chain Teams (IBIO) to ensure needs are covered and business is well running.
- Train new joiners and mentor junior colleagues.

What we are looking for:

- A degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in SCM & Procurement, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Good knowledge of SAP MM ERP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; German proficiency is advantageous.
- A great teammate, excelling in collaborating across cross-functional teams.
