We are an international and multidisciplinary team with various backgrounds in Data Science, Physics, Visual Analytics, Computer Science, Design, Product Management from different industries. We are building and shaping the new Avaloq Data Science & AI product line - Avaloq INSIGHT. Our solutions help financial institutions to deliver premium individualized services to their customers by leveraging the value of data and providing a set of integrated services to enhance wealth management and digital banking.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the team and help shape the next generation of our data driven interactive dashboard experiences for Wealth Management and Banking (we call it Insight Business Experiences). Do you have Product Management experience in the field of Visual Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information Systems (MIS)? Then we are searching for you.
**Your mission**

- You will treat data like a product and will successfully share and evangelize this vision across all stakeholders.
- You will build out a product management framework including stakeholder analysis and research, prioritization and product reviews and partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure that the intake/backlog grooming, and build/design of Wealth analytical experiences are continuously aligned with the overall Insight product vision and company strategy.
- You will lead continuous product discovery work by conducting client and competitor analysis, identifying market trends, partnering with multiple disciplines across the organisation (sales, design, research, etc.) and establish a consistent process and channel for translating these into evidence-based product decisions.
- You will collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), user experience and engineering teams to define and validate MVP, working prototypes and to prioritise product enhancements and project initiatives in alignment with product roadmaps and strategy.
- You will work alongside other Product Managers to define and re-fine the product roadmap for the Insight Business Experiences ensuring alignment with the rest of the Insight product line and overall Avaloq product strategy.
- You will define the Insight Business Experiences product success criteria and customer satisfaction and track and report these metrics with all relevant stakeholders to show ongoing alignment with vision and goals and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- You will support the commercial and business aspects of the Insight Business Experiences product lifecycle, from contributing to the budgeting effort, to evaluation and coordination of 3rd party collaborations, to leveraging sales and marketing support, to overseeing the Go to Market process. You will use your judgment in the decision to when and how to involve key SMEs and stakeholders and share information strategically to facilitate understanding, collaboration and alignment with the established processes by all relevant stakeholders and cross functional teams.

Qualifications**
What you need**
- BA or MSc degree
- 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in the financial industry or similar role leading cross-functional product teams, with experience in product delivery from inception to maintenance
- 3+ year experience in a business facing & strategy leading role in Data Visualisation & BI, MIS, Reporting projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate the product vision, roadmap, backlog priorities and trade-offs to a technical and non-technical audience
- Hands-on experience of the BI/Data lifecycle in a Wealth Management or Financial Front Office domain.
- Experience with liaising with and presenting to a broad spectrum of audiences across the organisation, including internal and external senior stakeholders with the ability to gain trust, establish strong collaborative relationships, positively influence decisions, and inspire action.
