Akina is a leading developer of medical software to empower patients during independent physiotherapy at home. With an AI-driven motion coach and unique entertainment integration, Akina addresses the lack of clinical feedback and motivation that causes 4 out of 5 patients to fail during self-care at home today.

As a product manager at Akina, you will work at the interface between our engineering team, our business development unit, and clinical customers.

Tasks
- Building and maintaining a strong practical knowledge of our software product functionality and deployment architecture
- Interfacing and engaging with customers (orthopedic clinics, physiotherapy centers, telehealth networks) and other stakeholders (musculoskeletal patients, healthcare insurances)
- Backlog management and iteration planning: maintaining a well-groomed product backlog according to business value
- Act as a product owner in an agile Scrum team and represent the customer towards our engineering and design team
- Contribute to roadmap planning and provide UX vision and direction to our engineering and design team

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in German and English for written and verbal communication
- Recent strong experience in a product manager or UX design role
- Experience with Agile development and Scrum processes
- Experience in the European healthcare, MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a product-focused or business role
- Strong ability to capture functional requirements in the form of User Stories and Epics
- Strong interpersonal skills, personal drive and full commitment to achieve something exceptional as part of a dedicated team
