Head of Group Quality Management System

Our global quality team is looking for a senior experienced colleague who is familiar with standardization, internal audits, certifications, quality system implementation, top management workshops leadership and is attracted to work in an international environment.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead project of QMS global standardization and QMS / BMS (Business Process Modelling) software implementation
- Supervise and monitor the compliance to the management systems IATF / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485 and maintain BAUMANN Management System globally (Europe, AMER, ASIA) with cooperation of local QMS
- Support global process owners and local QMS by means of training
- Maintain QMS / BMS software as global key user
- Manage group internal system audits process and provide methodical support to internal auditors
**Your Profile**
- Technical Education
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Automotive or Medical Industry as QMS responsible with knowledge of auditing techniques
- Experience on leading projects (project manager) with global teams is expected
- Strong interpersonal and communication/presentation skills required. Ability to work with multiple international teams is critical
- Must be a team player and able to give accurate status and progress report on assigned projects and tasks
- Proficiency in QMS or BMS (Business Process Modelling) software is expected
- English fluent required
- German intermediate is expected
