We are currently seeking a Strategic Project Manager for our headquarters in Ermenswil, who will drive and implement projects and initiatives across a wide range of business topics. As a link between the strategic and operational levels, you will closely collaborate with the top management and experts. You will provide advice to top management or steering committees in decision-making processes and organize the implementation of initiatives for the BAUMANN Group.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop concepts and project plans for strategic initiatives within the BAUMANN Group in areas such as sustainability and digitalization
- Prepare decision documents for top management and/or steering committees on topics related to strategy, finance, and communication
- Lead projects and project teams, monitor project progress, and ensure that milestones are met
- Support the Group CFO & CHRO and the Head of Strategy and Communication & Lead Group Sustainability in all aspects of strategy, market research, and other strategic projects/tasks
- Assist in the strategy process in terms of administration, documentation, and organization
- Handle general administration and supportive tasks (e.g., coordination, organizing workshops and meetings, business tasks for the management team)

**Your Profile**
- Beside experienced project manager, we are open for university leavers in business administration (MSc/MA), focus on strategy & innovation, finance, or international management
- Professional experience in project management or a similar position, preferably in a global company. For university leavers it is expected to have project management skills along with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Ability to simplify and present complex information in an understandable manner
- Pleasant communication style, confident demeanor, and professional appearance
- Excellent organizational skills and proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
