**Salesforce and No-code developer Professional Training Program**

**Learn marketable Salesforce administration skills and no-code product **development with a young, dynamic business.**

We are looking for an organized and technically-minded self-starter interested in quickly developing real-world tech skills in CRM administration and no-code product development. We are a fully remote Salesforce consultancy and language school providing premium language classes throughout Switzerland.

Working with over 100 teachers we have developed, and maintain a highly automated platform within Salesforce to ensure operational and service
excellence.

**Your Professional Development**

We are looking for an enthusiastic technophile to train in Salesforce and No-Code developer. You will work from day one on developing real-world business solutions to support our clients and re-launch your career in this dynamic industry.

As the world’s leading CRM, Salesforce administration is a highly marketable skill with average starting salaries upwards of 80K USD per year. We are offering a 12-month program to become a proficient Salesforce admin, CRM administrator and no-code developer. You will learn:

- SF Admin (with certification);
- Basic concepts of data structuring and technical development: including automation and integrations;
- how to manage client relationships;
- how to manage product development.
- The workload is split 20% study and 80% implementation with daily training sessions with the company owner.
You’ll work closely with the team, management, and Salesforce support to develop the skills needed to pass your Salesforce administration exam and position you to pursue a career in this dynamic world.

**Your Profile**

To thrive in this environment you need to be:

- a self-starter with an auto-didactic outlook;
- happy to work remotely and learn by doing;
- a technophile who is patient with new technologies and looking to integrate new products to bring value to the business;
- a good communicator;
- somebody who can understand the needs of different stakeholders and balance them in prioritizing development resources;
