**Let’s Talk about the Role**
You as Business Planner trainee will support Vans on quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects. You will support the team on the forecasting process and on the orderbook tracking.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will achieve this by:
- **Support Partnership Stores activities, on different activities as the Go to Market request, the sellout tracker and ad hoc projects requested by management**:
- Incorporate PSS Sell through data and overall results into the Cross-Channel Scorecard
- Align processes to EMEA Top Accts
- **Support the Multi-Channel forecasting process from the preliminary tools during Go to Market phase to the trackers in season**:
- High Level Forecast
- Forecast on Seasonal Stories, Blind Buys Items - Creation, Consolidation and follow up
- Forecast by Style color - Creation, Consolidation and follow up
- Forecast by Account - Creation, Consolidation and follow up
- **Work on the prebook monitor, support the team to track the sell-in campaign figures and all the main KPIs set by Senior Management during the Go to Market phase**:
- Forecast Tracking tool
- Main Seasonal KPIs tracker
- Icons Management
- **Ad Hoc business planning activities/projects to support the team**
**Skills for Success**
You should be a talented, analytic, detailed oriented individual, with:
- University degree in statistics, management engineering, economics or related fields
- Previous experience in analytical position preferred
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Exhibits strong ability to use Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Possesses problem-solving skills
- Time efficient
- Motivated Team Player
