They are developing great and innovative services for pet owners, to facilitate access to health and care: seamless booking of vet consultations, teleconsultations for emergency and during nights and weekends, and much more.

**The description of the job**:
- Lead the company in developing, launching, and growing digital health services within the pet and veterinary ecosystem, serving as a convenient digital gateway for pet owners to access health services.
- Progressively develop a booking platform for in-person veterinary consultations, televet services for emergencies and out-of-office hours, and televet services bundled with pet insurance.
- Drive the company's vision to become the premier digital platform for pet health services in Switzerland, with potential expansion to other European markets.
**Professional Competences**:
- Proven leadership in health or digital health.
- Success in building and scaling digital platforms.
- Business development experience, ideally in the pet or healthcare industry.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and user acquisition.
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss market and a robust professional network for partnership building.
**Personal Competences**:
- Visionary with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build tech-driven platforms and lead high-performing teams.
- Passion for pets and improving pet health services.
**Qualifications**:
