**Key Responsibilities**:
- As the leader for learning and leadership across the enterprise, develop the organizational strategies and practices for the organization and translate the strategic vision for learning and leadership development into actionable initiatives and follow-through for adoption to ensure that TE develops and retains the best talent.
- Establish trusting relationships across senior executive and management levels to influence strategic outcomes of learning, leadership and pipeline development efforts; establish the same across senior HR and Talent structure.
- Work to build a development culture that supports our EVP and employee experience focused on growth and development
- Enhance Leadership and Employee Development efforts to ensure a modernized, accessible approach to leadership development at every level and for key talent segments (i.e. early career, diverse, high potential, executive, etc)
- Strengthen strategy for critical role development to build a strong pipeline of talent with readiness for these roles
- Develop and deliver a strategy for learning technology for the company across all learning processes to ensure an exceptional experience for all employees
- Lead the development of critical capability academies for employees to access critical skills along their career paths
- Contribute to the Internal Talent Marketplace efforts to ensure personalized learning for all employees
- Provide leadership for an extensive “ecosystem” of outsourced vendors and contractors/consultants who support the development and delivery of programs and services.
- Responsible for department’s budget, both fixed and variable.
- Lead the business and HR partners in proactively managing, developing and continuously improving how we evaluate talent and organizational gaps/opportunities for future growth; ensure on-going plans are in place to manage critical role pipelines, talent, and their development.
- Co-create and support Global Talent Management solutions within the Segment
- Drive the development, assessment, facilitation and/or leadership of organizational development interventions, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation.
**What your background should look like**:
- Minimum 15 years’ experience design and delivering organizational effectiveness approaches; expertise and leadership in learning and leadership development
- Proven global experience leading global learning and leadership development strategy at a global firm
- Strategic thinking, leadership presence and expertise in leadership and learning and learning technology
- A track record of stellar facilitation and influence of senior executives and management globally to ensure strategic impact through all learning and leadership
- Experience integrating tools, systems, and processes into a strategic, cohesive, holistic, highly impactful and scalable talent management approach that enables a highly productive organization.
- Can effectively manage global and complex change and shift gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments and able to produce maximum results with little direction and guidance.
- Superior collaborative working abilities and experience; ability to manage multiple complex assignments, with proven ability to assess competing priorities in a high energy, fast paced environment in a geographically dispersed organization.
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills; proven research skills to gather data, best practices, and points of view to ensure sound judgment.
- Assess behavior at the executive, individual, team, and organizational level and coach individuals and teams to meet needs.
- Interpret and analyze HR and business metrics and trends as related to organizational effectiveness; build internal executive network to shape and define future talent practices based on analytics.
