To expand our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a **Junior Project Controls Manager (M/F/d) **that enjoys managing complex projects in **Life Sciences **sector and likes to work in an international environment. You feel like you are the right person? We want to hear from you

**Job Objectives**
- Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets for complex Life Sciences construction projects.
- Oversee and coordinate General Contractors, vendors, and consultants, including proposal review and contract management.
- Analyse and track critical milestone activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Review and approve capital expenditure spends, cost-loaded schedules, and payment requests.
- Lead client meetings and internal project communications, advocating for the client's interests.
- Support engineering decisions relating to project cost and budget during design-build changes.
- Oversee quality control, including equipment procurement and schedule compliance.
- Manage project close-out, including transfer of building operations and documentation to the client.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience as a Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years sector experience e.g. Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech facility.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
- Fluent English communication skills and good written and spoken German skills.
- Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task.
- Must have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and dynamism.
