Diese Position wird direkt für das Projektcontrolling und die Überwachung der Kosten-, Planungs - und Risikomanagementberichte verschiedener Projekte in allen Projektphasen verantwortlich sein. **Verantwortungsbereiche**: - Unterstützung des SGIE Bio I Delivery Lead und seiner Projektmanager in allen Fragen der Projektkontrolle während der endgültigen Initiierungs-, Ausführungs - und Abschlussphasen verschiedener Projekte. - Leitung und Unterstützung von 6-8 Teammitgliedern, um sicherzustellen, dass geeignete Instrumente und Prozesse für Terminplanung, Kostenschätzung, Kostenkontrolle, Risikomanagement und Projektkontrolle vorhanden sind. - Regelmäßige Gesamtkonsolidierung der kommerziellen Berichterstattung über CAPEX-Projekte innerhalb des Visp Bio I-Portfolios (z. B. Umfang, Ausgaben, Kosten und Zeitplan, Risiko, Prognose usw.). - Diplomatische Führung größerer Gruppen von funktionsübergreifenden Projektteammitgliedern, Schaffung von Konsens und Unterstützung für das weitere Vorgehen bei kommerziellen Fragen. - Proaktives Management und Koordinierung der Planung und des Controllings (SMORF & Target) für das regionale SGIE Capex Portfolio. **Voraussetzungen**: - Bachelor - oder Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin. - 10-15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung/Kostenkontrolle von Großprojekten (> 100 Mio. CHF), um sicherzustellen, dass Zeitplan und Kosten genau kontrolliert und proaktiv gesteuert werden. Vorzugsweise auch Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Gesamtleitung eines Großprojekts. - Sprachkenntnisse: Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von großem Vorteil. - Starke analytische Fähigkeiten. Fähigkeit, komplexe/große Datensätze zu analysieren, Schlussfolgerungen zu ziehen und Entscheidungen vorzubereiten und zu unterstützen. - Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Anwendung bewährter Verfahren und der Erzielung von Ergebnissen in den Bereichen Projektkosten und -zeitplan sowie deren Verknüpfung mit dem Risikomanagement. - Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Arbeit und in der Arbeit in einem Team.
