**The Breakdown**:
Starting in December until the end of January we are currently looking for a Seasonal Store Assistant in our store in Zürich for 8.5h - 17h/week. The scope of tasks include service and selling, assist on store events, store visual merchandising, yearend inventory and many more store related daily tasks. As the Store Assistant you support the Store Management to maximize sales and offer an excellent first in class customer service. You are an ambassador of the brand.

- Provide a superior customer experience for all Burton consumers
- Support management in the implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance and all other sales functions
- Support organizing store events and marketing activities
- Contribute to the stores sales goals
- Be a brand ambassadors for the Burton brand

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- Retail experience, preferably in a comparable position
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive, outgoing personality to bring the Burton passion to top levels
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive work attitude
- Open-minded, and agile team player
- Fluent in german and english, further language skills are a plus
