Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a market-leading logistics company. The company is a full-service logistics provider, focusing on Freight Forwarding solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a **Business Development Manager **based in **Zurich**.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Development of new customers, using integrated logistics solutions
- Implementation of sales strategy in cooperation with Marketing & Sales
- Willingness, and ability to take responsibility for specific trade lanes
- Control of the strategic pricing for both areas air and sea freight in Switzerland
- Strategic development of sales using BSC (Balance Scorecard) as part of digitization projects in close cooperation with the country management
- Initiation and organization of customer events

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

- Successfully completed training as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services
- Have further and recognized training in the areas of international forwarding, sales or business administration
- Possess good international logistics knowledge, proven by professional experience in similar roles
- Commercial acumen and all-around sales skills.
- Business fluent English is mandatory

The expected salary for this position is between €100,000 - €110,000 per annum.
