**OPPORTUNITY WITH HIGHER PURPOSE**
You can become part of the team building from scratch the next-generation digital universal bank for the Swiss Market. The company will be data and tech-driven with core competence and a focus on sustainability.

We envision establishing the leading sustainable finance platform in Switzerland - which will be highly data and AI-driven.

The company’s funding is secured for several years by a very strong Swiss investor from the financial industry

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer with the opportunity to build digital banking products from scratch.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Set a vision for the mobile app and websites and take accountability to execute it
- Own Customer experience across different platforms
- Measure customer satisfaction, set up CX strategy
- Develop roadmap: create plan for overall digital banking product, define and track success using frameworks like Objective Key Results (OKR's)
- Data & Customer Research: take product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behaviour and experimentation
- Set up cross functional CX Squads, (experience in leading squad teams)
- Will built the UX Team
- Experience in online products/offerings
- You convert users into paying customers, you know how to win customers in a few seconds.

**YOUR EXPERTISE**:

- 4-7 years' experience working as a Product Manager for Mobile or CX
- Experience in creating CX strategy
- Experience in a fintech or Banking, previous experience in digital banking and digital asset management
- Awareness of the latest market trends within digital banking and the Swiss compliance eco-system
- You have played a major part—from concept to launch— in shipping multiple products or features with a clear business impact
- Several years experience in running agile and cross functional teams
