**Your Mission**

In this role, you will be a member of the Investment Products & Services team, which is responsible for the full lifecycle of all our product offerings (digital and non-digital). You will work closely with the senior member of the team to ensure product delivery and have accountability for all product management and administration matters as relates to digital products. You will be involved in the management of all digital product offerings after issuance/launch, providing a dedicated and professional on-boarding analysis and implementation of our digital product portfolio. You will maintain data management, carry out system checks, provide and/or coordinate solutions to problems and be involved in the production of required product reporting across a number of European jurisdictions. You will provide generalist support and act as specialized contact person including second level client and distributor support. You will have a strong exposure both internally and externally, collaborating with various departments including Finance, Compliance and Marketing as well as with external stakeholders such as depositaries and service providers. This role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.

**Key Success Criteria**
- Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent qualification.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Bank, Financial Institution or a Tech driven company with a strong focus on digital products.
- Proven experience in digital process management and dealing with digital investment products and solutions for retail and professional clients across various European jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
