- Defining the product vision and road map of our programmatic and pay-per-performance job ad products in line with JobCloud's company strategy
- Shaping how we move towards pay-per-performance products in the Swiss market in the long run
- Collaborating closely in a cross functional team with Sales, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Data
- Assessing product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Taking fact-based decisions accordingly
- Leading the Product team in Programmatic consisting of one Senior Product Manager
- Contributing to the Product Management and UX community at JobCloud
- Several years of experience in Product Management roles covering different digital products
- At least 1 year of experience in people management
- Experience in programmatic advertising, within a online media and/or recruitment is an advantage
- Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
- Experience of operating in an agile work environment
- Perseverance and patience to push a product with a lot of potential
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
- Fluent in English, German and French is a plus
