Pour notre client, un grand groupe Suisse, nous recherchons un HR Business Partner (H/F)

Responsabilités
- Offrir soutien et conseils aux responsables de ligne sur tous les aspects de la gestion des ressources humaines.
- Veiller à ce que les processus managériaux soient conformes à la législation et aux règlements de l'entreprise.
- Assister les collaborateurs pour toutes les questions personnelles et professionnelles.
- Réaliser les recrutements pour les postes permanents et temporaires.
- Définir les conditions contractuelles et superviser le bon déroulement du processus administratif lié à l'intégration des nouveaux employés.
- Suivre les nouveaux collaborateurs durant leur période d'essai en collaboration avec les responsables de ligne.
- Contribuer à la préparation, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi du processus de révision annuelle des salaires et des primes de performance, ainsi que des propositions de nominations.
- Effectuer une revue annuelle du middle-management pour développer les compétences managériales et assurer la relève.
- Suivre les cas de maladie et d'accident en collaboration avec le service Santé.
- Organiser les événements liés aux jubilaires de l'entreprise et aux départs en retraite.
- Conduire les entretiens de départ et rédiger les certificats de travail.
- Participer aux projets et à l'amélioration continue des processus RH.

**Profile**:

- Formation supérieure (Université, HES)
- Expérience réussie de plus de 5 années consécutive dans une fonction de HRBP en Suisse
- Excellentes connaissances de la législation suisse en matière de droit du travail
- De langue maternelle française
- Niveau d'anglais avancé
- Rigueur et organisation
- Sens de la communication et du relationnel
- Discrétion et confidentialité
