We're looking for a passionate and strategic Business Partner to join our 10-person People & Culture team and help drive people-first initiatives that make a real impact. Act as the primary contact for business leaders, line managers, and employees within your designated areas
Offer proactive, solution-oriented support advice on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor laws
Participate in global and local HR projects, embracing experimentation, sharing learnings, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement
Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international and fast-paced environment
Solid knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments
Fluency in German or French, very good English skills (min. JobCloud provides the latest generation of equipment (hardware & software) to work efficiently
Very modern offices in the city of Zurich or Geneva and Home office as part of our culture
