Would you like to join a dynamic team working close to a growing business? We are looking for a positive, “can-do”, team player and versatile person to fill the position of People and Culture for our Private Banking office in Geneva.

The role entails direct contact to people, identifying needs and providing solutions, with a focus on Culture, Talent, Learning & Development and Internal Communication.

Actively involved in strategic projects, giving support to the different branches (Zurich, Bahamas, Santo Domingo and DIFC).

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**_Talent: _**
- Drive talent processes across the different functions, working closely with global and local teams to align priorities and meet business goals.
- Execute global strategies and programs (Summer & Graduates, Young Leaders, Invest Her )
- In charge of the entire Selection process for all full-time employees, temporary assignments, and interns. (Search, posting, analysis, onboarding).
- Build strong and durable relationships with external partners (providers, universities, etc.)
- Establish current and future job profiles through sound analysis of organization plans and objectives.
- Responsible for preparing compensation proposal (reviewing them with Compensation Specialist) and making job offers and negotiations when needed.
- Support leaders during annual cycles (e.g., Goal Setting, Talent Management processes and Potential assessment)
- Identify and engage high performing people and coach under-performing people.
- Manage Succession Plans.

**_Learning & Development: _**
- Act as liaison with Learning & Development global platform and team.
- Responsible for the Yearly Training Plan and Budget.
- Identify learning and development needs to ensure skills and capabilities to create value for the business.
- Management and monitoring of mandatory certifications for business development (CFA, CWMA, CAIA, etc.) and mandatory corporate training.
- Source, assess and select external training vendors or consultants to design training programs to meet the specific needs of BSISA considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment.
- Conduct regular review and evaluation on the quality of all training programs delivered.
- Administering and managing the online tool, assign courses, coordinate training, generates training reports, and follow up.
- Approves reimbursement of training or tuition, according to internal policies.

**_Culture _**
- Involvement in the adoption of corporate values and behaviors.
- Promote diversity and inclusion under an inclusive and inspiring work environment.
- Enable a leadership model aligned with corporate behaviors and values.
- Monitor the level of engagement of the organization.
- Organization of events and team building activities to strengthen collaboration and corporate culture.
- Support volunteer initiatives.
- Facilitate agile ways of working and flexibility.

**_Internal Communication _**
- Develop relevant and interesting content leveraging internal resources such as Group corporate events, campaigns and materials.
- Coordinate the CEO Town Halls and active listening sessions by communicating internally and providing the talking points.

**_HR Business Partner and Others: _**
- Day-to-day contact and support to any employees’ need.
- People & Cuture local policies definition, development and documentation.
- Reporting and make presentations for Executive Committees and Board

**Profile**:

- University degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience in HR.
- Certificates related to professional activity are an asset.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency.
- High level understanding of WorkDay
- Project management experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (French an asset).
