Postuler maintenant Pour notre client, une entreprise internationale active dans le secteur des services à Genève, nous recherchons un-e HR Business Partner à 100% Vous accompagnerez les équipes dirigeantes et contribuerez à faire évoluer les pratiques RH dans un contexte stimulant, multiculturel et en pleine transformation. L’entrée en fonction est de suite ou à convenir. Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur - Vous accompagnez les équipes managériales sur les enjeux RH stratégiques - Vous pilotez les cycles RH annuels (revue salariale, people planning) et soutenir la prise de décision via une approche data-driven - Vous contribuez à la structuration de l’organisation en transformant les besoins opérationnels en leviers RH concrètes - Vous analysez les besoins de formation, développez des initiatives d’apprentissage et mesurer leur impact - Vous participez activement à des projets transversaux RH : marque employeur, transformation culturelle, diversité et inclusion - Vous intervenez dans le recrutement de profils stratégiques en mobilisant des méthodes innovantes et des outils digitaux Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur - Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, indispensable dans ce contexte international - Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure en ressources humaines, en droit du travail ou en management - Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience confirmée en Suisse dans une fonction RH similaire - Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils RH (HRIS, outils de performance, systèmes de gestion de talents) et des pratiques en rémunération et développement organisationnel - Vous êtes reconnu-e pour votre sens de l’écoute, votre capacité d’analyse et votre aisance à collaborer avec des interlocuteur-rice-s varié-e-s Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce rôle ?
