**Your team**:
**Pictet Asset Management** (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.- As an Investment Manager in the Equities Department, you will strengthen our Thematic Equities team in Zurich.**Your role**:

- Generating long-term thematic investment ideas based on bottom-up, fundamental research and analysis.
- Contributing to portfolio construction and implementation.
- Working closely with other investment managers in the Thematic Equities team and in the broader equity franchise.
- Working closely with our client portfolio managers and sales teams to support our client and consultant relationships.
- Helping develop our thought leadership in environmental investing.

**Your profile**:

- Proven professional experience in financial markets, specifically in equities investment-related positions (buy-side or sell-side).
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or in Sciences/Engineering. Additional qualifications such as CFA or MBA would be a plus.
- Specific expertise in one or several of the following areas of the equity market would be a plus: Technology, Real Estate, Industrials.
- Strong commitment to fundamental, bottom-up analysis with a long-term focus.
- Passion for and curiosity about environmental sustainability.
- Familiarity with ESG concepts and experience in integrating ESG factors in investment analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good Excel skills and working knowledge of Bloomberg.
- Fluent in English; fluency in another major language would be a plus.
- Able to work autonomously as well as being an independent thinker with a clear focus on maximising the team's success with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
