**Investment manager Growth (Digital) and Buy out**
For our client, a **Zurich** based international Family Office we are currently looking for an Investment manager Growth and Buy out.
You will report directly to the Head of Private Equity and have the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team
**Your responsibilities**
- Build up and manage a network of entrepreneurs, co
- investors, banks and M&A advisors
- Actively sourcing and screening new deal opportunities (buyout and growth)
- Lead the investment process including due diligence, negotiations and deal closing
- Portfolio Management: Monitoring and reporting of portfolio companies (buyout and growth)
- Leading selected strategic projects (add-on investments, value creation projects, etc.)
- Exit: Identification of potential exit partners, deal set up and governing the process
- Reporting to the Head of Private Equity based in Zurich, Switzerland
- Build up Wille as a reputable PE/VC investor in Europe
**Your profile & required qualifications**
- Swiss/EU passports or valid Swiss work permit a MUST HAVE
- 5 years of professional experience preferably with a background and a strong network in the buy-out industry or the digital industry
- Experience with private equity/venture deals is a strong asset
- Preferred: A combination of experiences in strategic and operational leadership roles (e.g. in a start-up or corporate)
- Dual business and science/engineering profile is a plus
- Analytical thinking combined with a hands-on business approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter, able to work in a small team
- Down to earth-mentality and great interpersonal skills
- Flexible, team player, hands-on, proactive, dynamic
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
