**About the Role**
We are committed to improving our product development tool and process landscape. Our main goal is to roll out a modern product lifecycle process and establish agile research and development methods across our interdisciplinary teams.
- As part of the overall initiative, you will support the definition of a new process landscape for the engineering department.
- Conduct user interviews and derive process maps for product lifecycle and agile development.
- Work closely with engineering teams, the ERP project team and other internal stakeholders to understand business needs and adapt processes accordingly.
- Support the development of interfaces between our product lifecycle management tool, the ERP and Jira.
- You take care of administrative tasks in our Jira instance.
- User management and workflow optimization.
- User onboarding and training.
- Project setup and automation.
- You support the implementation of a new BI platform for project cost reporting and resource planning, including data handling and creation of dashboards.
- You will directly report to the Deployment Manager responsible for product lifecycle, tech transfer and agile development at Hapa and Atlantic Zeiser.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Bachelor's or master’s student in mechanical engineering / information technology / electrical engineering / computer science / engineering and management
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in product development and/or project management is considered a plus
- Experience with ERP, PLM systems and/or Jira is considered a plus
- Experience with agile development methods is considered a plus
