Quality Manager

**This is what you will do**
As our Quality Manager, you will manage our systems, quality assurance and control alongside ensuring that Hapa complies with all relevant machine standards and laws. You will manage a small team that work with quality assurance of Hapa machines. You will be the owner of the quality of our products and therefore be actively involved in driving the quality change and delivery agenda in the business.

**Main activities and responsibilities**:

- Ensures that Hapa complies with relevant standards, directives, legal requirements, and industrial practices relevant especially for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and maintain the integrated quality management system related to standards.
- Responsible for the supply chain related quality assurance and control of all Hapa products and services.
- Ensures compliance with regulations related to environment, health, and safety.
- Management of products and process improvements.

**Required skills**
- Higher educational background (BSc/MSc/PhD etc)
- Team management experience
- Lean management experience
- Legal and regulatory expertise
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes is preferred
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
