Int this role, you will ensure effective management of La Prairie’s distributor and direct sales channels’ resources to achieve the company’s Net Sales and EBIT objectives whilst ensuring quality of sales objectives through SDA, SDS, Distribution, optimized TTC and Sustainable Sales in distributor channel and more profitable & qualitative roll out of direct sales model.

**Your Responsibilities**

Strategy
- Participating in the development of the overall DM business strategy to achieve company DM objectives. Contribution to the annual DM business plan. Support analysis / drive changes in business set up including associated negotiations.

Distributor Relationships
- To positively manage distributor relationships through sales activities and across customer business functions to ensure that La Prairie’s brand luxury positioning is clearly understood, and we are front of mind for luxury skincare opportunities. Ensure Selective Distributorship Agreement negotiated with optimized TTC / implemented / adhered to / followed up.

Direct Sales Management
- Through La Prairies direct retailer partner/s ensure same seamless execution as in affiliate & distributor markets through the leadership of local retail managers and beauty advisors.

Retail & Net Sales Forecasting
- To provide accurate retail and net sales forecast by store and market based on retail objective/actual and through distributor take remedial action to avoid ongoing deviation from sales plan. Owner input company ongoing re-forecasting processes.

Budget Management
- To prepare, manage and control the annual Sales, Product and Distribution part of budget planning and to ensure in line with company strategy.
- To support controlling in building robust RS, WHS, Export & Stock yearly & monthly forecasting. Support planning and allocation of investments to optimize company objectives vs. strategy and profitability as well as the sellable orders for launches. Ongoing lead and drive to optimize price structure opportunities with Distributors / Retailers.

Distribution Management
- Ensure that La Prairie via its distributors is always distributed in the optimum store distribution by market and merchandised in line with the brand guidelines. Implement selective Distribution policy and objectives.

Demand Planning
- To contribute to the Demand Planning process by providing Business analyst accurate forecasts for sales demand. Ensure through Business Analyst continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy.

Processes and Organization
- On-going monitoring the effective and efficient further development of all Sales processes.

Team work
- Support the overall DM Team beyond own scope of sales activities.

Leadership
- Guiding, motivating, managing, and developing the CEE Retail Managers and business analyst through internal procedures and external coaching/resources where required.

**Your Profile**
- University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Further education in Sales is an advantage
- 5Y experience from Distributor and / or KAM business models including price structure & TTC experience.
- Preferably in luxury cosmetics within a recognised brand orientated company
- Insights on beauty Market and its key players
- International experience / exposure
- Entrepreneurial type of person
- Original thinker with initiative and driving spirit
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills across geography and cultures
- Experience of direct & indirect people management
- First-rate Excel skills and organized ways or working
- Proficient English skills a must any other language a plus
