Rattaché(e) au Head of Controlling, vos misions et challenges seront les suivants:

- Participer activement aux reportings, à la consolidation et au pilotage des clôtures financières (filiales et HQ), aux revues analytiques
- Etre garant du suivi des résultats par rapport aux objectifs fixés
- Planifier les budgets, forecasts et intervenir sur leur monitoring (suivi des budgets) en lien avec les différents départements pour les sociétés
- Animer le change management et être proactif(ve) dans la mise en place de la stratégie
- Sensibiliser les collaborateurs et managers sur la partie financière et les accompagner dans leur montée en compétences sur ces domaines
- Aider à la professionnalisation de la fonction finance par la revue, l’amélioration et la formalisation des processus actuels
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des projets d’amélioration des processus financiers et des outils de gestion
- Créer du contenu et de la valeur ajoutée par des analyses ad hoc utiles au management et/ou aux business partners
- Participer à l’identification et la mise sous contrôle des différents risques financiers

Votre profil
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bachelor, Master et/ou Brevet fédéral en Finance
- Vous bénéficiez de minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire avec de l’expérience à l’international
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et de très bonnes connaissances en anglais (écrit et parlé).
- Dynamique, polyvalent(e), rigoureux(se) et pro-actif(ve), vous êtes orienté(e) solutions et arrivez à transformer les difficultés en opportunités
- Une expérience de l’outil PowerBI ou en contrôle de gestion industrielle est un atout
