**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team at the Zurich Airport. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our global Quality team within the aviation industry. You will support the update and improvement of our intranet presence on SharePoint within the Quality & Safety department. This role combines web content management, digital collaboration and process documentation while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. This internship offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and work alongside a motivated, multi-cultural team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

**Your Role**:

- Review and analyze the current intranet structure and content for the Quality & Safety department.
- Provide ongoing support to update, design and build the global quality and safety intranet page on SharePoint.
- Improve the usability and navigation of the intranet to ensure ease of access for end users.
- Support the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials on our AI-driven learning platform Synthesia.
- Contribute to continuously improve and optimize business processes.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across all operational teams.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a business-related field such as business systems, business administration, digital business, industrial engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint is a plus.
- Interest in quality and safety processes and content management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- IT affinity for various systems with an interest in system improvement and training design.
