**Internship - E-Commerce**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our e-commerce team. As an intern, you will provide support to the Senior Global e-Trade Manager in executing key online initiatives, optimizing the digital shopping experience, and enhancing site performance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, working closely with cross-functional teams and helping to drive sales growth.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing and product launch calendar.
- **Product Merchandising**: Help monitor and analyse product performance on the website, supporting the Global E-commerce Merchandising Manager.
- **Website Management**: Collaborate with the Senior e-Trade Manager to manage on-site updates, product listings, and campaign content to improve customer engagement and sales conversion.
- **Innovation and Trends**: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, contributing ideas for improving the digital customer experience.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Interest in Skincare is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Communication and organizational skills
- Excellent English

**How YOU will be set up for success**:
**First 30 days**:In your first week you will have get-to-know meetings with your direct team members and manager while conducting HR, IT and Finance onboarding sessions. During your next few weeks, you will then meet your internship community, wider colleagues, and stakeholders.

**Within 60 days**:Now it’s time that you start working on your internship project that has been assigned and selected with you. You also start supporting the team on first tasks.

**_90 days_**_: This is the time when you start making a real impact and take ownership of smaller projects and tasks while strengthening your knowledge in a global work environment. Keep on mastering your skills_
