We are seeking a passionate Regional Director AutoStore EMEA with a background in automated storage, intralogistics or warehouse handling equipment. You will be responsible for the profitable growth and financial results of the region. You will define and implement the EMEA strategy, define the business plan and support the local teams through development and implementation of local and regional tactics.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Exceeding the goals defined in the financial Business Plan (five years) and yearly financial budget (Bookings, Net Sales, EBIT)
- Exceeding yearly Profit & Loss result for the region (Bookings, Net Sales, EBIT)
- Extend the business plan on a yearly base
- Market intelligence and business development to determine new market entry strategies
- Marketing activities and lead generation to create sufficient leads
- Sales pipeline and sales funnel management
- Ensure team members have development plans with focus on current and future competence needs
- Identify and develop successors for key positions.
- Achieve excellent customer relations and reputation - customer satisfaction

Ihr Profil
- Ideally a technical university degree (MSc), complemented with business administration (MBA) or management degree with a high affinity to sales management and methodology.
- Excellent in English and German, additional languages are an advantage
- Brings convincing General Management/Managing Director experience from international companies
- 5-10 years of Senior Sales Management experience
- Proven track record of creating and developing top performing international sales and delivery teams
- Strong commercial knowledge and market intelligence skills (CRM, going to market strategy, segment marketing)
- A convincing leader who is able to empower and motivate teams to perform highly;
- Understanding how to drive team development and to work cross-functionally
