- Coordinating amongst divisional functional teams and with Hexagon’s Head of Sustainability in developing a consistent and scalable approach to ESG reporting and performance management systems
- Providing effective challenge on divisional performance, working closely with business and supporting functions
- Executing the sustainability strategy by implementing timely programs and working closely with senior management in ensuring a unified approach to ESG
- Support sustainability related internal and external communications
- Supports the preparation of reporting and disclosure documents (CDP, TCFD, CSRD, Sustainability Report, etc.)

**This is you**:

- Master's or graduate degree with a focus on engineering, ESG, sustainability, or similar
- 5 years of professional experience with Sustainability, ESG or related field that includes driving operational initiatives that tie to strategic business objectives
- Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG risk management approaches for a manufacturing company
- Experience with relevant guidelines, including GHG protocol, ISSB, and supply chain sustainability management systems as well as integrating ESG opportunities and risks mitigation into business processes
- Excellent command of English, German is a plus
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
