**Das bringen Sie mit**
**Ausbildung**: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie und Biologie (EFZ, Bachelor)
**Erfahrung**: Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit dem Umgang mit chemischen Proben
**Bevorzugte Qualifikationen**:
- Kenntnisse der GxP-Regeln wären von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der computergestützten Systemvalidierung nach SOPs und Richtlinien ist wünschenswert
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse in Excel und SAP sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Detailorientierter und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Immer ein offenes Ohr für Kundenanfragen und Hilfsbereitschaft gegenüber dem Kunden sowie Ihrem Team
- Fähigkeit, die Initiative zu ergreifen und mit unseren Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten, um unsere Dienstleistungen kontinuierlich zu erweitern und zu verbessern
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Korrekte Verwaltung der Samples im internen System und Eintragung jeglicher Anpassungen
- Einbuchung von erhaltenen chemischen Samples gemäß Vorgaben (GMP, non-GMP, Stabilitätsproben)
- Verwaltung von Proben bei verschiedenen Lagerkonditionen
- Ausgabe und Entgegennahme von Proben an und vom Kunden
- Entsorgung der Proben gemäß Richtlinien
- Kommunikation über die vorgesehenen Kanäle zu den Kunden/Sample Owner bei Fragen/Problemen/Rückfragen zu Entsorgungen
- Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Rahmenbedingungen (z.B. Dauer und Art der Lagerung)
