**Your mission**:
**Project-/Program Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all projects linked to supply chain management, such as new product introductions and market expansions.
- Establish and run supply chain projects to optimize working capital, stock reduction, and service level improvements.
- Maintain the SCM priority program and keep up to date with shifts in company priorities and resource demands on the SCM team.

**Planning**
- Further strengthen the planning team at Planted through the implementation of an end-to-end planning solution.
- Develop, track and improve the KPI dashboard.
- Analyse the distribution network and processes in a data driven way to define new concepts for optimising the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Create detailed project plans (incl. timelines and milestones), identify and manage project risks (develop mitigation plans as needed), monitor project process and performance, and ensure timely communication of decision and next steps.

**You**:

- Have strong project management, organizational & communication skills that enable you to manage a high workload. Any project management training and/or applicable experience is a plus.
- Have a good understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Are a fast learner, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Can work independently, and adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP is an advantage.
- Are fluent in German and English.
