**Your mission**:

- You actively seek out and advise on improvement opportunities within warehouse operations processes.
- You act as the main point of contact for global warehouses and internal stakeholders regarding warehouse management within Planted.
- You build and maintain relationships with warehouse service providers and monitor and evaluate their performance.
- You ensure the correctness of master data at warehouses
- You make movement bookings related to warehouses within the ERP system and oversee goods receipt movements at warehouses to ensure accuracy.
- You collaborate with our Planted ERP team to establish IT interfaces with warehouse partners.
- You optimize inventory to enhance cost efficiency and provide guidance to other functions (e.g., planning, production, procurement) on potential improvement opportunities.
- You support in negotiating contracts, including pricing, with warehouse service providers.
- You check invoices related to warehouse partners.

**You**:

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics.
- Hemonstrate a highly organized, reliable, and numbers-driven personality.
- Exhibit excellent organization and communication skills suitable for an international, cross-functional work environment.
- Possess a solid understanding of supply chain, operations, and logistics processes and networks.
- Show proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail, and a fast-learning aptitude.
- Are able to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Are fluent in both German and English.
