**Your role**
- Are you familiar with the financial services world and can you handle complex projects and matters together with colleagues in other jurisdictions and operate with different stakeholders ? Are you a qualified Swiss Lawyer and have you experience to manage interdisciplinary contract matters that focuse on sourcing contracts, technology related law, general civil law?
- We are looking for a inhouse lawyer within our Legal Corporate Services Switzerland team and like you to:
- Advice on all legal aspects related to the full spectrum of sourcing and IP related contracts
- negotiate all types of relevant agreements, joint ventures or similar arrangements governed under Swiss law
- collaborate with other teams within legal and our stakeholders within business
- work in close collaboration with sister teams across the globe for globally consistent solutions
- participate in projects, external working groups and towards other stakeholders

**Your team**
- You will be joining our Legal Corporate Services Group team, which is an international in-house department with team members in 10 locations globally. We provide our expertise and high-quality legal advice and are engaged in negotiating agreements. You will be based in Zurich and be part of a team of highly skilled lawyers working on a broadly diversified portfolio of tasks.

**Your expertise**
- 1-3 years of experience in an international law firm or other relevant institutions with track record in the financial services industry
- full legal qualification in Switzerland
- sound experience in stakeholder management and in working interdisciplinary.
- excellent communication and proven negotiation skills
- an interest in complex and often international topics
- fluent in one official language of Switzerland as well as English; additional languages would be advantageous
