We maintain strong partnerships with our clients and with our highly qualified experts in the pursuit of excellence. **Purpose** As the Expert Jira ELK, you will be the driving force of the client’s monitoring platform. You will interact with various stakeholders in order to define the objectives and priorities of the monitoring team (6 persons). As a member of the agile Monitoring Engineering team, you drive the evolution of the monitoring landscape to a holistic end-to-end monitoring platform whilst ensuring that the team maintains and secures the run of the current monitoring solutions. You contribute to the long term roadmap by proposing program enablers to the Product Management community. **Tasks** - You assume this role In terms of - Single Point of Contact for product-related questions - Backlog management (features ownership, definition of stories and enablers with the team, prioritization, PI planning, definition of DoD,...) - Define with team and technical operation go-live dates and ensure timely delivery of technical, quality and regulation related artifacts - Interface with stakeholders (end users, EPIC owner, Business Owner,..) - Team representation in the SAFe ceremonies (PO Sync, PI plannings, PI reviews,...) - Categorize, funnel, and consolidate the demand coming from other teams and create corresponding backlog it - Maintain focus of the team on the main monitoring objectives. - Analyzing the evolution of the stakeholder needs and the client’s strategy, you take the leadership in making the vision and the monitoring roadmap evolving. **Profile** - Excellent knowledge of monitoring concepts on all layers from infrastructure to business activity - "Fluent" in Jira or similar issue and backlog management tools - Having worked with few of the following tools: Promotheus, Grafana, ELK, Nagios, Incinga, dynatrace, ManagedEngine OpManager, Siemens Win-CC, nJAMS - Good knowledge of IT operations in general and event management in particular - Hands on experience with tools like Git, Artifactory, and Jenkins - Familiar with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Monitoring concepts - At least 10 years experience in the IT. - 5 years experience in enterprise-level monitoring with a strong proximity to IT operations. - Hands-on experience in the installation and configuration of market tools, development of specific API, definition and deployment of dashboard and alerting schema,... - Solid experience of agile as PO or Scrum Master. Experience in SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks would be a plus - An experience as system engineer or developer would be a plus - English fluent.
