Our strength lies in taking into consideration the ambitions and career development of our consultants._ In the context of IT transformation and the adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevOps principles, our client is looking for a Release Test Architect to lead the evolution of Solution Release testing and execution of acceptance test phases with the main objective to increase quality and efficiency. As Release Test Architect, you will ; - own & update the existing Air Traffic Management Test Strategy - establish the Release test plans which includes the definition of test objectives, test approach and target coverage as well as the test planning. - organize, coordinate and lead the execution of the Release Test Plan in close collaboration with the Agile Teams. - establish dahsboards and maintain quality metrics. - ensure, in close collaboration with the Quality Officer, that regulatory aspects are satisfied. **Responsibilities** - Main accountability: ATM Release acceptance validation (SAT, UAT mainly) - Based on the propose ATM Release change scope, define the Release Test Plan in collaboration with concerned parties, including End to End test plan - Drive the execution of all planned tests according to the Release Test Plan - Drive the execution of the formal acceptance test phase (Site Acceptance Test and User Acceptance Test) - Create the Release Test Report for the ATM releases, when required - Provide the test-related evidence for ATM Release deployment go/no-go decision - Monitor release test quality and identify improvement opportunities - Moderate the Community of Practice (CoP) Testing to improve delivery quality and test efficiency and people skills set - Act as single point of contact for all regulatory aspects linked to software testing - Interact closely with the Release Quality Officer to improve, expand and evolve the quality assurance strategy - Interact with Business Analyst and Agile Team Test Leads to ensure efficient ATM Release Validation, from SW to Solution End to End testing - Promote and support the adoption of automation in testing **Profile** - At least 5 years hands-on experience in test management in an Agile context - Strong knowledge about the DevOps and Continuous Delivery processes and tools - Experience with modern tools and methodologies for source control, packaging and software release management - Hands-on experience in testing and test automation with tools like Squish or similar - A plus : User experience with Polarion, Jira, Confluence or similar - Willing to learn about ATM business and to develop a strong understanding of the "ATM product". - Bachelor or Master degree in computer science - **Relevant ISTQB certifications** **- Any Agile/Scrum certification** **- Effective leadership** - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to network - Excellent communicator and coordinator - Coaching and teaching abilities - Proactive and resilient - Solution oriented with strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills - High degree of self motivation - Willingness to learn ATM business and new tools/technologies Based on performance appraisals and taking into account: - efficiency of communication with your main stakeholders - ability to create partnerships with your main stakeholders - evolution of the release test efficiency - release test plan on time readiness - release test report on time readiness - release test organization and execution **What we offer?** - Possibility 2 days home-office - 5 weeks holidays - Possible relocation package **Our recruitment process.** We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova: - A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities. - If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more abo
