The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland or Slough, UK.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and execute global and regional category strategies for MRO sub-categories
- Align category strategies with business priorities through stakeholder collaboration
- Drive supplier performance and risk mitigation through strategic partnerships and SRM
- Deliver sustainable value through cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and innovation in MRO
- Optimize inventory levels with Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to reduce working capital
- Support make-versus-buy decisions by evaluating internal capabilities and market options
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and sustainability goals

**What we’re looking for**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, Applied Economics, Engineering, or Procurement
- 10+ years of experience in international procurement and matrix environments including Process and/or Lab Equipment
- Experience implementing Capex/Opex MRO strategies in global organizations
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven success in managing service provider transitions
- Ability to lead change and standardize procurement processes globally
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
