Arxada is looking for a Special product Solution (SPS) CAPEX & Maintenance Process Owner to drives the optimization of SAP business processes of SPS sites - in consultation with business unit MCS - related to Operations through standardization, automation and digitization. You will manage the CAPEX process of SPS in close collaboration with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring and reporting progress of CAPEX projects. You will drive efficiency and standardization of Plant Maintenance and Workshop processes of SPS Visp site in SAP PM and increases transparency to identify optimization potentials in these business areas. The role is remote and you will report to the Head Plant Engineering, Maintenance and Workshops LSI.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Manage Site CAPEX Process (40 [%])**:

- Coordinate and expedite life-cycle process of any investment projects (such as engineering study request and CAPEX approval requests)
- Ensure/ monitor data accuracy of these project records in SAP/ systems
- Expedite project progress reporting and in time close-out of projects
- Prepare/ analyze CAPEX portfolio reports and forecasts
- Train/ advise employees responsible of CAPEX projects
- Optimize CAPEX process and related tools/ systems through standardization, automation and digitization

**Manage Site Plant Maintenance and Workshop processes (30 + 20 [%]**:

- Coordinate and expedite life-cycle process of any maintenance and workshop activities (such as plant maintenance orders, notifications and change requests)
- Ensure/ monitor data accuracy of SAP Elements such as functional locations, plant maintenance orders, notifications, change requests
- Prepare/ analyze reports and forecasts out of SAP PM module
- Expedite plant maintenance and workshop progress reporting and in time close-out of SAP elements
- Digitization of asset documentation and compliant filing in SAP
- Optimize maintenance and workshop processes and related tools/ systems through standardization, automation and digitization
- General management support and optimization of SAP authorizations for operations, engineering and workshops
- Management of temporary employees, such as control and approval of reports and invoices

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent SAP PM, IM + MS office knowledge
- Well organized and structured working attitude
- Highly reliable, efficient and initiative person and a team player
